Train in person with professional guidance to increase your confidence in the gym. Whether you're brand new to the gym or ready to level up, in-person sessions are tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. ​

With online coaching, you can have professional guidance, structure, and support from anywhere. Perfect for those who want flexibility without losing accountability.  Fully personalized plan designed around your goals, schedule, and experience level.

Hybrid Coaching

The best of both worlds.  This option provides a fully customized online coaching plan, with in-person training sessions added as needed, whether for form checks, motivation boosts, or extra accountability.

  • Includes all that Online Coaching entails

  • 1 in-person training session a month included

  • Extra in-person sessions can be added

  • Great for clients who need the flexibility, but want the extra boost of motivation with their training.

Whether you're working with me online or in person, my coaching is rooted in empathy, education, science — and you.

I believe great training and nutrition are evidence-based, structured, and centered around you as a whole person. I meet you where you are, and together, we'll build a program that fits your goals, lifestyle, and needs, from building muscle to fat loss. 

Strength training is at the core of what I coach, but we'll also focus on cardiovascular fitness, daily movement, and habits that support your long-term health and well-being.

When it comes to nutrition, it's all about balance. I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy, well-rounded diet.

Food isn't "good" or "bad" — it just is.

I use macro and calorie tracking as an educational tool to help you understand more about the foods you eat. Overtime, that knowledge gives you the freedom to eat intuitively with confidence and clarity

I don't believe in quick fixes, restrictions, extremes, or an all-or-nothing mindset.

The basics work — and they work when done consistently.​

My methods take a balanced, whole-life approach focusing on your daily actions and behaviors, guiding you toward sustainable results without sacrificing your relationship with food or with self. ​​​

About

Hi, I'm Whitney

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified PN Nutrition Coach, Macro Coach, and Master's in Exercise Physiology. 

Things that bring me joy in life: naps, sunshine, long walks, deep conversations, sour candy, lifting, and exploring all forms of movement. 

I'm a personal trainer in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) and online coach (so I can coach you from anywhere). Fitness is a big part of my life, but not my whole life.

Growing up a gymnast, I knew from an early age what it meant to be physically strong and powerful. And I believe it is something everyone should get to experience.

I have always been drawn to movement, the science of the human body, and the psychology of human behavior.

I dipped my toe into coaching, right out of high school, coaching girls' gymnastics. I coached through college and the long-term plan was a career in medicine, but in the end, it never really felt right for me. I moved to Arkansas to continue higher education at the graduate level where I continued to coach, this time leading fitness kickboxing classes. After graduating with my masters, I started training clients one-on-one and coaching bootcamp-style classes. And although the classes were fun and high energy, it was missing the personal side to coaching. This is where I knew that 1:1 personal training was my true passion and place in this world. I get to blend my love for science, education, and empathy to help everyday people feel strong, confident, and love the body they're in.
